Bostan Labs (“we”, “us”) provides web development, UI/UX design, plugins and website kits, AI chatbots and automation services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, the customer panel and our services.

02What we collect
Information you give us:
- Account details — name, email address and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
- Order details — the packages you buy, billing name, company, country and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Project information — briefs, files, logins and content you share so we can deliver your project.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form, email, chat or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location (country or city level).
- Cookies — see “Cookies” below.
03How we use your data
- To create and manage your account.
- To process orders, send invoices and deliver the services you buy.
- To send project updates, receipts and service messages.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
- To improve our website and services using anonymised analytics.
- To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
06How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account is open.
- Orders and invoices — for 6 years, as required for tax and accounting.
- Project files and logins — deleted or returned within 90 days of project completion.
- Contact form messages — for up to 2 years.
07Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are hashed. Access to client data is limited to the team members working on your project. Logins you share for a project are stored in a password manager, never in email or chat.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Object to or restrict how we use your data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
