User agreement

By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to this user agreement, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at hello@bostanlabs.com straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking this agreement.

Each package includes exactly what is listed on its page. Anything else is extra work, quoted in writing before it starts.

Delivery times start after the kickoff call and once we receive the materials listed under “What we'll need from you”. Delays in sending materials or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are shown on your invoice.

• Packages under $1,000 are paid in full at checkout.
• Packages of $1,000 or more are paid 50% at kickoff and 50% before launch.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. Work pauses while an invoice is overdue.

You can request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided the order has not been delivered. After 7 days, or once the order is delivered, it is non-refundable. See the refund policy for full details.

• Only send us content you have the right to use — text, images, logos and data.
• Review deliverables and give feedback within the revision rounds included in your package.
• Don't use our services for anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Once your order is paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we create for you. Third-party items (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images) stay under their own licences.

Website kits are licensed, not sold: you may use a kit for unlimited projects of your own or your clients', but you may not resell or redistribute the kit itself.

We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

If we miss a delivery date for reasons on our side, you receive 10% off the package for every full week late.

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update this agreement. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown at the top of this page; we'll email account holders about significant changes.
